A large single wind turbine blade is slowly transported between St Boswells and Selkirk on the first day of its journey to final destination at Pines Burn wind farm, south of Hawick in the Scottish Borders.
This is a Energiekontor , 36 MW onshore wind power subsidy free project, located on the Harwood Estate near Bonchester Bridge and Hawick in the Scottish Borders.

There will be eleven turbines installed at a height of just under 150m.
